Office Administrator

They are looking to employ an experienced Office Administrator to take responsibility for the smooth running of their office where your professionalism, initiative and office skills will be welcomed. The position will play an integral role within their friendly team at Bridgebuilder Trust.

The Office Administrator will provide administrative support, maintain a positive and friendly image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, churches, schools, online and via telephone.

The successful candidate will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills and possess financial and fund-raising experience with a strong ability to multi-task with a Christian faith.

This is a part-time role 7.5 hours per week. Salary: £3,917 pa, plus an employer contribution of 9% to a pension after a 3-month probation.

Bridgebuilder Trust have an exciting opportunity for an experienced self-motivated Fundraiser to join their team. The role of Fundraiser will be central to supporting the Team Leader in generating the income needed to support thousands of local children and young people in schools in enabling them to explore the Christian faith.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Fundraiser. They are looking for a Fundraiser to further grow and sustain income from trusts foundations and supporter, to enable Bridgebuilder to diversify our fundraising approach, including major donors, legacy giving and securing corporate support and sponsorship. The role will have clear fundraising priorities.

There is a commitment to further develop Bridgebuilder fundraising and income generation capacity going forward, building on progress and tangible achievement. The Fundraiser will play a crucial role in developing and strengthening our fundraising capacity and success.

The Fundraiser will help to support their digital marketing activity across the organisation on a variety of objectives; driving engagement and helping to grow their supporter base.

Reporting to the Team Leader you will be responsible for the delivery of the charity’s Grant Fundraising strategy, creating and developing an active pipeline of prospective funders, building relationships with donors, and securing, stewarding and reporting against this new income stream.

The Fundraiser will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills and possess financial and fundraising experience with a strong ability to multi-task. There is also an occupational requirement for the post holder to be a committed Christian.
