Do you love digital comms and have a passion for supporting young people? This new position will be pivotal in the transformation of how YMCA Milton Keynes engage with their residents and external audiences.

Job Purpose

· To work with YMCA’s Marketing Manager to spearhead the development of a new digital engagement strategy, to increase the reach and impact of YMCA’s work.

· To coordinate and deliver YMCA’s digital engagement activities with multiple audience groups via social media channels, our website and other digital platforms.

· To work with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure that a holistic approach to our digital engagement activity is taken based on our values and strategic aims.
